Pastor Christopher Boatman
Pastor Christopher Boatman Sr. was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI where he accepted Jesus Christ
as his personal Savior at an early age. In 2008, Pastor Chris moved to Georgia, where he met his
beautiful wife Lady Comego Boatman. Together they are the parents of nine children, seven grand-
children and one God child. Through many ups and downs, hard times, hurt, and pain, Pastor Chris
always held on to his faith in God; knowing that one day everything he had been through, would be used
to make a difference in the lives of others and for God’s glory.
Pastor Chris was comfortable in his calling as an Elder and enjoyed being a faithful servant in helping to
build other Pastor’s visions, but God had a much bigger plan for his life. In 2018, God spoke to Pastor
Chris and said that it was time for him to Pastor. And because of the favor on his life, he was going to be
able to reach many people of all ages, from different cultures, and various denominations. In January
2019 (after some struggle with fully stepping out to trust God in the call to pastor) Pastor Chris told God
“Let’s Do It”. In May of the same year Love & Faith Ministries was established.
The name Love & Faith Ministries was given to Pastor Chris by God. God made it very plain why He gave
that name to Pastor Chris. He said, “It’s a lot of churches out here that have fame, money, and coming
to church shouting every Sunday, but they are missing the most important thing, which is Love. And,
because of everything you’ve been through, since you were a boy you have always had faith”. After
trying to put church at the end of Love & Faith God said “NO, MINISTRIES, there are too many churches
staying within the four walls of a building and not going outside of the four walls to minister to those
that are lost, hurt, and have been given up on”.
November 3, 2019 was the first service of Love & Faith Ministries, Pastor Chris along with Lady Boatman
are excited about what God is doing. Pastor Chris has made many mistakes in his life as well as many
accomplishments, but there’s nothing greater than being trusted by God to lead His people during this
time. To have the ability to be transparent and use everything that he has been through, good or bad to
help somebody else is an honor.
Pastor Chris’s favorite scripture is Philippians 4:13…I CAN DO ALL THINGS THORUGH CHRIST WHICH
STRENGTHENETH ME! If Pastor Chris can quote or read those words, he believes there is nothing he
can’t do with God as his strength.
Lady Comego Boatman
is a native of Atlanta Ga. A woman who at an early age was led to take care of and love people,
which also included helping her mother raise her siblings. Comego Boatman graduated from
Columbia High School in 1991. Upon graduation she attended Drone Nursing College in Atlanta
Ga. She started working in the nursing field and later along with her husband opened their own
Mental Health Home called “The Boatman’s Host Home”.
Comego Boatman is a loving wife to Pastor Christopher Boatman and a loving mother to their
host of children, God children, and a grand dog (Fendi). As an adult she was a member of Little
Miller Grove Baptist Church under the leadership of Apostle Smith. After she married Sr. Pastor
Christopher Boatman, they together joined a ministry where she actively served for 7 years.
Executive Pastor Comego Boatman is a trendsetter, a pioneer, and known for having her own
style. In 2019, Pastor Chris and Executive Pastor Comego Boatman accepted their assignment
from God and started Love & Faith Ministries, where she happily serves as wife and Executive
Pastor.
When Sr. Pastor Chris started Love & Faith Ministries, she did not want to be called “First Lady”.
She set out to do research on that popular church term and after which discovering that “First
Lady” was a traditional title. So, instead she requested to be called “Lady B”.
Not only is Executive Pastor (Lady B) a loving and awesome mother to her own children, but to
anyone who connects with her. She has an amazing personality with a sense of humor that you
may only come across once in a lifetime. Additionally, she has a heart of Platinum.
Lady B is now the proud owner of 2 more business, a Daycare named “Kidz City Academy” (A
City Built Just For Kids), and has her own clothing line called “Fit 4 A Queen" & "Made 4 A King”
(for men and women to know their Worth). Lady B is the proud leader of our Women’s ministry
called “Love and Faith Queendom Movement.”
